Stop downloading par2 if unpacked

Hello!

Would it be possible to stop downloading par2 Files if everything is already unpacked? This feature would be very nice for people with a slow internet connection or people with a block account.

Check Settings->Import as paused-> par2 bigger than xx Bytes. this way the bigger par2 files never get downloaded unless they are needed. the smallest one called simply par2 is needed for repair and unrar
