Title: On the fly speed throttling

In Newsleecher you can adjust the speed on the fly either via the tray icon (set it to 10% of your maximum speed, etc), or by adjusting it in smaller increments via the graph at the bottom left of the program.  I find this handy myself as someone who's on a limited connection.  Is there any way you could add this feature to Alt.Binz?  Ta

It works exactly as you desribe ;) already possible.

Set your max speed in Setup -> Connection and it should work.

Yeah rdl already pointed this out to me on IRC.  I guess I was having a brain malfunction and somehow over looked it.  A mod can close this now :)
