Title: Option to start an application which processes the downloaded file (after unrar)

Hi, I've got a feature request.

An option to start an application or script which processes the downloaded file (after the unrar is finished).
In the config an option to enter the program and its parameter to start.
A variable to use as parameter for the target directory where the downloaded file is unrarred.
