I think would be enought to save names (including path) of all small pars that are loaded in PAR2 list, not state of all files (checked or not), bacause state of all files can be changed after closing and before starting Alt.Binz (example you unpacked all stuff from DL directory). After starting Alt.Binz, it should check if all small pars exist and if that is true import it one by one.
