Title: Rename Group Name, Change Download/Unrar Folder

Is it possible to have the same dialog box as selecting "Add to Queue" on the Binsearch Tab when you select "rename group name, change download/unrar folder" on the Download Queue Tab?  It will give the option to rename the collection and give more flexibility in changing the download/unrar folder.
For example, being able to check/uncheck "+NZB Name".

This would come in handy after manually importing nzb files.
