Title: RSS Feed highlight color

Right now the items on the RSS feed are highlighted red if it fails the rss filters and red otherwise.

Can we turn add another color (say blue?) on items that we right clicked and added to download queue? Its useful to keep track of items I manually downloaded in addition to what the filters picked up.
