Custom Pause enhancements
« on: April 26, 2011, 09:10:33 pm »
I like & use the various pause options.  I really like the ability to see the remaining time and to be able to reset the time interval by clicking on a choice.  In addition to the current behavior, I would like to see the following enhancements:

1)  add memory to the custom entry (so the next time I click on it, it shows the entry I added/used the last time.  The memory doesn't have to be preserved between program exits, just keep it around as long as the app is up.

2)  enable the use of the custom pause option from the systray popup (similar to tsdarkess' request on https://www.altbinz.net/forum/index.php?topic=4802.0 ).  It doesn't need to be configurable from the systray popup (that would be nice, but not necessary), just recallable.

The idea is to be able to fine tune on/off throttling between various user level applications.  (Limiting is nice, but doesn't take into account the dead time on other apps that are waiting for their download slot time to countdown).  It would be nice to have 5/10/15 minute choices.  Or 15/30/45/60 minute choices.   With a memory option it would be much easier to pause AltBinz for the appropriate duration while/when the other app (Mipony if anyone is curious) has it's download slot open.

Thanks for considering this request.
