Title: RSS filters First in queue/paused for some filters

yes i know, that the possibility to add as paused or unpaused already exsists.
but this option is applied to all filters. i have made the experience that some filters are exact enough so that i can let them run on their own some are not. It would be really cool if i put fit in lets say the letter p for paused and u for unpaused to change the general setting for this filter specifically.

Hi,

would be nice to have First in queue (and paused) as an option for some filters
(currently it is ON for all filters or OFF for ALL filters)

string_to_search_for | A  (| download_dir | unrar_dir) is current format
string_to_search_for | A  (download_dir | unrar_dir | First | Paused | ) would be more flexible

; saussage* | A | deafult_path | default_path | First
; waffels.* | A
; waffels.*hr.hdtv* | D

Someone had previously requested a priority system similar to this I think..
Where regular downloads would be assigned "2" (add to end of queue). Then you could change it to "1" for add to top of queue, and maybe "3" could be add as paused or something like that, if it's cleaner.
