Title: save rss timer on exit

I keep forgetting to re-click the Timer button in the RSS tab when I reopen altbinz ... means i miss my auto downloads.

Would be nice if when i close altbinz it remembers that Timer is on so i could potentially start altbinz with windows and not have to intervene (and click it manually)

Setup -> Miscellaneous -> Autopush RSS Timer button.
