Pause Timeout

What I'd find useful would be a choice of pause durations (available as a tray icon menu perhaps?). Often I find that when I pause Alt Binz to free up bandwidth for something else (5 minutes of YouTube HD, for example) I forget to unpause it, since it is in my system tray. Sometimes I leave my computer with a huge queue, paused, for hours before I realize.
