One thing I'd love to see implemented is for the explorer tree view and listviews to update with file & folder changes in the Alt.Binz subtree.
Something like my Delphi TDirectoryWatch Component (http://www.angusj.com/delphi/) would make implementing this pretty straightforward.
Anyhow, thanks for the constant improvements.
