Optionally replace missing parts of files with 000000000s so that the good blocks are in the correct position in the archive.
If an archive is too damaged to be repaired by par2 one solution is to use BitTorrent to download enough blocks to make the repair possible. However, for the existing blocks to be useful they must be in the correct place in the file.
