Two folders for "Save"

Can you make two folders for Files?
First folder : "Temp" , for incomplet Files
Second folder : "Finish" or anythink else, for complet Files.
Because, I have a Nas-HDD and the Transfer from my PC to Nas is slow (1,5 MB/s).
With other Programms I can change the Temp folder and Finish folder. The temp file goes to my PC and the complet file goes to my Nas-HDD.

Currently temp folder is on the same drive as altbinz.exe (alt.binz_dir/temp) Complete files are saved to download folder which can be on any drive you like. Or am I missing the point? What is Nas-HDD?
