Title: Unrar location+Password in pae2-tab

Sometimes you realize that a collection should be unrared to a different location or that it didn't unrar because a password is needed. doin' it via  the download queue is very inefficient because it only effect anything if the par2-file isn't already downloaded. but it's usualy after that has happend when u realize that something is wrong. Having these options in the par2 tab too would make things much easier...

Just ran into a situation where the download was finished but the password wasn't set so I would have appreciated having a "set password" option in the par2 tab.  +1
