The title is fairly self-explanatory. I prefer to restore programs with a single click instead of a double click and as Thunderbird's icon usually ends up right next to Alt.binz as those are the two I use the most, whenever I double-click Alt.Binz's tray icon, Thunderbird picks up the second click and maximises as well. Very annoying :p
