Using poweroff.exe from a script, 0.27.2 now prevents hibernation once downloads are completed with an error message about I/O thread or application request.
Edit: on XP. Also prevents all types of software suspend, including timed.

Same here. I tried to hibernate last night, was a no go. Went downstairs to go to the bathroom and my box was still running when I returned. No error messages or anything. I closed Alt.Binz and hibernation worked fine.
My queue was empty. In fact there's never been anything in my queue in v0.27.2.
Maybe there should be an option to turn this feature on or off. I wouldn't want an application stopping my box from hibernating anyway. Not even during downloading/decoding/unrarring or w/e it may be doing.

Yep, all suspend options are borked by 0.27.2, even when Alt.Binz is idle. I'm back to 0.27.1 here. :P

Well I'm not downloading anything with Alt.Binz for the moment so it's been shut down. I hope this can get fixed soon.

Indeed. Hope it's fixed soon, it's a little but sometimes annoying problem.
