Title: 0.30.0 Tab Images & Setup Dialog

When saving & closing Setup in 0.30.0, the tab images get messed up - vanish or are replaced.  Toggling 'Small Images' on the tab popup or restarting Alt.Binz is needed to reset them.

Fixed. Redownload exe.
