Title: 0.31.5 Scroll only scrolls so far

I add items but couldn't see them so after adding several times I increased the windows size to find all the Items I couldn't see.

If I resize the window smaller then try to scroll down to see the que'd items but it stops before the last item.

Yep, I'm experiencing the exact same problem with 0.31.5. No scrollbar appears at the RHS of the download queue. Trying to scroll through via the keyboard (i.e. left click a download item then pressing down arrow on keyboard) just ends up with you not being able to see which item is selected as it your selection is behind the bottom connections panel. Hopefully that made sense...

Thanks Rdl for the new version! You're a wizard.  This issue seems to be fixed for me (0.31.6)!
