Title: 0.35.2 - Change download folder

In previous versions, correctly BTW, whenever you had something in queue and you pressed Ctrl+H or selected "Change download folder" from context-menu, you were presented with a folder dialog that pre-selected the download folder you had selected in the options, and then let you select a new one.

Now that only happens if you already selected a new folder. If it was the standard folder in the options, it selects the home-folder for the user.

That is wrong and it makes a nightmare to select sub-folders for the downloads. Please let it be as it was before 0.35.2

Fixed.

collection download folder > default download folder > "home folder"
