Title: 0.39.15 Split files / Pause download if not enough PAR2s

Misc #3 > Pause collection when there are not enough par2 blocks to repair

This doesn't work as expected when dealing with split files like mkv.001, mkv.002 etc. After the first split part is downloaded, the pause is triggered even if a repair isn't needed. When the option is disabled, it will download and then join the split file fine withour repair. Par2 tab listing shows only the unsplit file, not the .00X parts.
