I just put the latest beta 0.26.0 on a fresh install of windows and have had a couple troubles:
1. The cleanup button does not remove anything from the queue or par2 tab.
2. Even though the shutdown button wasn't pressed, windows shutdown after the queue finished downloading, but this only happened after the queue finished for the first time.
3. Others: details will follow
-
No problems with either of those here. Items will only be removed if the cycle is finished - download is at 100%, checking/repairing/unraring is finished, etc.
Not sure these qualify as bugs if they can't be reproduced ...

This one won't remove from Par2 tab either.
http://www.box.net/shared/fb5sausoe0
(don't listen to the music pse..)
It contains a set of mp3's, a par2 checkfile, nzbfile and a set of par2-repairfiles.
After downloading, par2set is turning into green, but removing by clicking on the Cleanup tab doesn't delete anything here

Regarding the cleanup bug...
The collections are at 100%, there are only paused par2s left in the queue and the related par2 sets are finished unraring.

The par2 tab is only cleaned up when there were rar files. When it is an mp3 it doesn't get removed in this tab. The icon turns green but there is still a hourglass in the rar icon because it wants to unrar something. However, there is nothing to unrar. The complete parring/process is not finished. Why, don't know.

OK, I've just seen the same with an mp3 collection, removed from queue but not PAR2 list. I've never seen this at all with collections that need unraring. I'm too lazy to find out why this happens with some but not all. :P

Cause program had nothing to unrar and sees that as an error.

I must have forgotten to uncheck Unrar option on that collection, then.

Just discovered why the cleanup button wasn't working. Under misc settings download queue and par2 were unchecked by default.
