All version after 0.44 problem download-queue

Since all versions after 0.44 I have problems with the download queue. Many times when program start the download queue is filled with things i have already downloaded, even if I clear/delete the list the next time it's back. Al.binz local-data cleared no solution.

With 46.0.5 I tought it was ok, several sessions without problem. But suddenly it's back. I let the program auto close after finished download. NO problem with the downloaded material.

In user/local/alt.binz: queue several items. I closed program after delete downloadlist, it's baqck again, queue contains still items.
Only if I delete items in queue map and I start prog it's gone. Of course. Within the prog sometime the deltion of item in the download list will not work correctly.

Directory/file permission problem. Try deleting alt.binz folder from user/local and then starting altbinz. Or starting altbinz with administrative privileges.

Double permissions, normal ones (inherited) from above, and others. I have moved local data alway and back. This to reset the permission of the alt.binz map, abnormal ones are gone.. I have administrative permission over these maps and those in "program files". Why no problem with 0.44, that one worked flawless. Every version above .. problem. NOt always. If problem occurs the prog will only download parts (not all) of the old downloaded stuff.

Later I will test it a little bit more, the things I downed now are perfect with auto-close-prog. After that I start Alt.binz again to see if  any problem occured, nothing was wrong.  I hope this problem is solved, you will hear later. Thanks.

I have let the program make a new data map. Prog has administrative rights (explicit). But again last time prog closed after downloading all, queue is not emptied.
I go back to 0.44, it will never be solved. Thanks a lot.

0.44 works perfectly.....

Once more: Tried 46 again, next time after finishing all correct and new prog start. It start not at the beginning of the old queue, first he skips almost all, but the last 4 or 5 he starts in the middle of the item's list. And download it again.  Strange.
