I have this problem too.. at first I thought it was that I had it on windows 7.. though it orig worked.. it just recently stopped working on my xp box.. It was fine till the latest set of updates were installed, I did windows updates, java and flash versions.. don't know which one killed it.. but you might have same type of problem
