Alt.Binz0.31.9 NZBIndex not working

Before you flame me, I have checked the forum and the solutions that were given haven't worked for me 

NZBIndex shows the page numbers (ie 1-5), but no listings.  I've tried clicking "Clear" and "Fetch", but it's still not working.  v0.31.2 was working up until a couple of weeks ago, but then it started having this problem, so I thought I'd try the new version, but it's doing the same thing.

Any ideas?
