Title: Binsearch

Binsearch is still not working in 0.28.1?  I have SSL enabled with giganews, i have the box checked in Alt.Binz, and i have port 443 forwarded to my workstation, and opened the port in windows firewall.  I am guessing this is not a configuration error.
