Title: cleanup and unimportant files in par2 set

i set .srr and .sfv as unimportant in Par2 set.
when a collection finished downloading and for example the sfv file is missing the par2 thread won't repair it but extract it (like the new feature should work), but when that happens the small par2 file is not being cleaned up in the download folder.
