Title: Explorer-bug in Win 7 x64 in 0.31.3

It's a small bug but still a pretty anoying one. I love the built-in explorer. With all the favoite dirs set up it realy makes moving files very easy. But after moving to win 7 x64 Ctrl+V doesn't work anymore. Alt.binz is run as admin and Ctrl+C works, Drag and Drop aswell but pasting via Ctrl+V doesn't.

Whole explorer tab should be fixed now. Not sure how and when it got broken.
