It seems that files are not being automatically deleted after unrar when the download folder and unrar folder are different. This is new with 0.44.1.

I am having problems reproducing this. How did import nzb? Do you have delete archives option enabled under setup->rar? Does it says yes under delete archive column for given collection?

Now that I've tested some more, it seems to only be happening with collections that were already in my download queue before upgrading to 0.44.1.
I've enabled the "delete archive" column (wasn't aware it was there) and all of the old collections say "No" even though "Delete archives after unraring" is checked when you right click on the collection. I've tried to toggle that value, but clicking on it doesn't seem to do anything.

Right click on collection and then toggle delete archives after unraring or ctrl+shift+d

As I said, I tried to toggle the value, but it doesn't change. I tried with right-click menu and with the keyboard shortcut. I tried with a newly-added collection and I can toggle the value off but then I can not toggle it back on again. When right clicking, "Delete archives after unraring" still appears checked, but the column says "No."

Ouch. Sorry, my mistake. It's fixed now.
