Title: Filter control resizing issues

If I increase the width of the filter control on the download queue tab (DQTB2FilterWidth), it doesn't display correctly on startup.

Also,  the filter control widths in the RSS tabs (tb2_filter_width) all reset to 122 on startup.

Fixed. Redownload new build.
