Title: High CPU usage when downloading at top speed (fast con)

Hi, Admittly the machine im using isnt too quick (1.8ghz athlon 1gb of ram)

when download at full speed (20mb connection so around 2380KB a sec) altbinz runs at 99% CPU and hangs and is non responsive, yet if i lower the speed to around 30% my cpu usage is only 7-12%

if your using latest (0.26.2 or above) enable ram cacheing in altbinz

still running at 99% all the time, tho it does seem to get responsive more often so at least i can pause/what ever when needed.

Is it possible it keeps on decoding the files and a new file is waiting to be decoded before the previous one is done?

Decoder thread priority can now be changed + you can now tweak values so you can slowdown decoding as much as you want.

Those values are number of lines and sleep value. So every XXX lines decoder thread will idle for YYY milliseconds.
