Lost RSS Filter window

vers - 0.31.6
os - W7 64bit
memory - 8 GB

I moved the splitter which splits the RSS listing and the Filter window all the way to the left, and I seem to have lost the ability to move it to the right.  I see the icon change notating the splitter is present but it wont allow me to drag it to the right exposing the filter window.  Tried changing tabs and restarting to no avail.

I believe you should be able to fix this by closing Alt.Binz, then changing this value in config.abz:

[UIMisc]
...
RSSFiltersMemoWidth=250
...
