When alt.binz is minimised and system tray icon is shown, it is possible for multiple speed limit percentages to have a tick next to them. To replicate:
* start alt.binz in normal windowed mode
* select limit of 90% (or any value that's not currently selected)
* minimise alt.binz so systray icon is present
* go back to window mode (double-click systray icon)
* set limit to 40% (or any value that's not currently selected)
* minimise alt.binz so systray icon is present
* look at currently selected limits... both 90% and 40% will be ticked
