Cleanup should also delete the PAR2 entry when there is nothing to unrar like simple files as mp3 or if the file itself consists only of PAR2 blocks that will be joined.
In both cases - if there is no error after downloading/checking or joining - the entry on the PAR2 tab should be removed.
