"List index out of bounds" since moving tab

hi,
i'm using new version 31.3. under XP.

Update worked fine. I enabled yabse again. Then I tried to move the tab to another position. Since then I get "List index out of bounds" after the program start (and nothing works). I cleared login but again: I think that doesn't work too.
Now, after trying to find the error, I moved the tabs again and again. While moving the mouse slowly I realized that the mouse-icon changes to something that I call "new page" and a Popup opens with the search machine name (very nice, I've never known that).
This works fine for aeton, binsearch, ... but for yabse I get 1. the error message, 2. an empty gray popup, 3. the error message again. The same happens when I start the prog (without moving anything).
Changing the tab-positons works fine.

So, are there any known solutions for that effect?

Tried old config file: ok
(yabse was disabled in this config)
Enabled yabse again: ok
Move to another positon: ok
Move to "Popup-Positon": Error like above

list out of bounce usualy means ur login wasn't successful. can u get a connection to your server? if no then clear login and reenter it.

But as I said above: I cleared the login already (but I think that doesn't work too). This is no login problem because the problem only occurs after moving the tab. Please take a look at the EDIT section of my last post. This is the pure error which I can reproduce that way: Working config -> moving tab "yabse" to "new paper" positon -> error.
Btw: Error logs shows nothing unnormal.
