0.31.5 seems slower!!

may be mad co incidence but immediately before 0.31.5 I had 500Kbps now 240 !
 any ideas why??????

Ignore me!! used a different port!!! now at full tilt

the connect button doesnt seem to work though to disconnect! win7 home 32 bit
