Title: NZB in UTF-8-format

Seems like there is a little problem with importing NZB-files converted into UTF-8 (through <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>).

For example &#xF8; (the Danish letter 'ø') in subject, seems to make the subject-string fail.
Subject "blabla&#xF8;blabla" is changed to "blabla?", instead of "blablaøblabla".

(testet in: v0.25.0)
