Using latest altbinz (0.33.3) on desktop but when I open a .nzb file it opens alt binz 0.32.1 and so the download queue gets erased each time.
I have deleted the old version from the computer, I have no idea how to stop that association

Thanks
Just tried and still associating with old version

No way. Repeat ALL steps inside new version.

I don't understand how it can be opening a .exe that you said you deleted. Clearly it couldn't have been deleted.
-
Thanks for the help and it is driving me nuts too
Definitely deleted the old program - did a search on my computer and looked for any version. Only 1 version exists.
Tried to do the association and it keeps going back to the old version again.

How can it run something that doesn't exist? It makes no sense and I don't really know what else to advise apart from: try using Process Explorer or Process Monitor to see exactly what's going on (check process directories).

Thanks for suggestion - used Process Explorer and found it was using a version that was installed into Program Files - did not come up on search of computer - not sure why.
Anyway deleted it
Thanks very much for help, appreciated it
