Title: NZB Play

When changing the NZB Play options, in this case the .exe of the player, you click the ... button. But the open dialog remains hidden behind the settings window, and you can't open it by clicking it either. Issue seems to come from the fact that the settings screen is 'always on top'. Even when I switch to a different window the Settings dialog remains open.
I'm running Alt.Binz 0.35.1 on Win7 Ultimate 64 Bit.

Small but annoying bug.
