First am sorry for my english, and hope that you go understand what is my problem

my Os : Vista
Test : on 2 Day (launching Altbinz when the problem apper (0-10 mn) swithcing on grabit
when i use altbinz i have many couldnt connect or to many connection (10 user max) and then download is not realy fast (300-400 Ko/s)
for be sure it not my connection i try with grabit and :
non connection on usenet problem
my bandwtih 1389 ko/s
