Title: Overwrite existing files without the use of AutoUnrar

I don't use the AutoUnrar function, want to do this manually but sometimes an nzb comes with a filename (sample) with the exact filename which needs to be extracted.
Is it possible to implement such thing?

You're doing it manually via altbinz?
Setup->Unrar-> Overwrite existing files

Before you can do that, you'll have to check autounrar, then check overwrite, then uncheck autounrar (I'll fix that)
