Title: par2 drag and drop not working in 0.46

I found that I could no longer drag and drop the par2 files from the desktop into the par2 tab in 0.46.0.

I have reverted back to 0.45.0.2 - though I did not have a par2info.abz file to delete when I downgraded - and this drag and drop function is working again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed. Redownload new build.
