There is some bugs in Alt.Binz 0.25.0 :
1- Cannot reach the limited of download speed [ Its a Randomize Speed ]
2- Doesn't start automatically with windows
3- There is no Tray icon balloon to show every second

2. Why should it start
3. Why should tray balloon show every second?

1. What provider? have you set number of connections right?

2. Just add Alt.Binz to your autostart folder (Start -> Programs -> Autostart)

3. Balloon hints are only for finished downloads, if that doesn't work it is more then likly that you have deactivated balloon hints in Windows
