Title: Recheck all PAR2 sets on start

When you close Alt.Binz it saves state of PAR2 tab. If some of those pars doesn't exists when Alt.Binz is started next time it won't be loaded which is normal, BUT in that session (until you restart Alt.Binz) you can't manually import those pars.

Fixed. Also .par2 file will not be loaded, but already saved info will be used
