Speed limit bug in version 0.28.4

Hey,

Thanks for the app! But the speedlimit does not work in 0.28.4. I'm running Windows XP SP3 with Zone Alarm 8 Pro and Nod32 2.7.

What has been tried is setting up the limit, restarted, and reconnecting. Nothing seems to work.

Is there any workaround? Thanks for your support!

speedlimit worked here just tested it

for testing:
1. download something
2. set speedlimit using the speedlimit left to the speed
3. see how it goes

 or use:

a) the scheduler to set speedlimits acording to time (don't forget to activate schedueler in misc #1)
b) a permanent speedlimit which is also set in misc #1

except for a and b restarting looses the speedlimit. reconnecting is unnecessary for setting the speedlimit...
