When setting a speed limit, it seems to use a real limit of approx. 1/8th the speed. Perhaps an issue with converting bits to Bytes?

I've experimented with different sets of connection speeds and scheduler limits,
I'm not sure if it behaves the same under a set limit, or if it is exclusively with scheduler imposed limits.

Firstly, when set @ 'No Limit' are you getting your full expected speed? I've not seen the behaviour you're describing.
But then again, I'm using the latest version, 0.28.4. There's little point posting bug reports for 0.25.0 ...
