Title: undocking tabs no longer works

i noticed, that undocking tabs is no longer possible. In past versions when chaning the order of tabs the cursor was shown as a hand and when undocking it was an arrow pointing away from a rectangular. in 0.31.6 the hand soesn't show up anymore and the arrow only does the moving.

You can still hide unused tabs. Right click on a tab, a menu pops up, under tabs you can check tabs on and off.

Undocking is really quite different from hiding, however.
