don't know if its a bug or not, but the program wouldn't auto unrar unless you download small par file.
there should be a hint or an auto select option on this file that. if you select program to auto unrar, i would automaticly check the download small par file column.

No, it's not a bug, but a well-documented feature of the proggy.

And yes, the interwebs and alcohol don't mix well. :P
