Well, I kinda wanted to give my opinion on new version and start a general talk about it, but other sections seemed more oriented towards other things than general talk, so I am starting a topic here. Move if needed.
New version works great, except for 1 feature. The program is excellent, with exception of occasional not-importing par2 files into par2 list if program is restarted several times, but that was in previous versions, too. I only have a little problem with auto-import feature.
Auto-importing kinda works too fast
Don't know about others, but I always used that feature in other programs to point to the general download directory into which I was saving NZBs from internet, and then program would automatically move them into another, specified folder. I had some small problems if downloaded NZB took more than 1-2 seconds to download - Alt.Binz imports it uncompleted, so it imports into list like 10-20-30 or whatever percents of RARs, which is kinda   cause now all automated processes are pointless...
All other stuff works great. I don't know if processes "par2 check" and "unraring" are assigned priorities, or if those could be assigned, but my suggestion would be to assign (if possible) low priorities in next versions of Alt.Binz. It's obvious that us who use auto-check and auto-unrar don't care much if file would be ready and unrared in 20 or 35 seconds, but assigning CPU to them could hurt other things we do at the same time. Or some option for setting priorities?
Best regards and excellent work. I know other guys need multiserver support and/or header download, but personally, this program sattisfies all my needs as it is.
Good job, Rdl. I hope you will be able to earn a lot of money when you go commercial, you earned every cent!
