auto-disconnect / reconnect feature?

Hi,
I've looked at the changelog and have not been able to see anything that sounds like this feature. Basically my ISP starts to throttle the NewsGroup (and all SSL) connections after a certain amount of time (it seems approx 15 min), if I hit disconnect and hit reconnect, the speed will shoot back up to my max speed for another 15 minutes. Is there a way to implement this with the newer version? (or the old)

There is currently no feature that will do what you want without waisting lots of time on non downloading.

Thank you for the reply. I understand the problems it brings about and how this is really an edge case, just thought about asking.
