Title: Icon for linux (Crossover Office or Wine)
Post by: devourer on August 03, 2010, 11:52:53 pm
Alt.Binz works great under Linux. Nonetheless, I got tired of the icon not being properly extracted from the installer executable when installing it on Ubuntu using Crossover Office, so I did it myself using a combination of icoutils and GIMP. You can find out the location of your own icon(s) running either locate Alt.Binz.xpm or find ~ -name Alt.Binz.xpm -type f from a terminal. Replace the old icons (the ones that look like wine glasses) with this one: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=G1WRSQDH (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=G1WRSQDH).

Restart or log out and in again and you should be seeing the familiar green icon now instead. :D
